I'm actually not sure of the phonetics of that spelling.

My wife, Dina, brought your blog to my attention and I have enjoyed it very much. Although, finding it via "twilight zone drinking game" would be much more satisfying! It's great to get some feedback; take it from a fool who knows.

I am the nurse practitioner here in Niamey, Niger (most the locals call me "doctor" or "patron"). I happen to speak fluent Russian. So why did they send me to Niger? At least it wasn't Siberia. We are enjoying Niamey.
