It clicked in my brain that one of my Democrats was in fact a Republican. I’m lucky he was a laid back guy. Some probably would have bit my head off. What a gaff! There go your chances of a cabinet post. Word will get around and your next next appointment will most likely be in Kiribati or someplace even more remote.
