It’s been a weird holiday season for me so far. Between learning the Russian definition of “party” first-hand and seeing American consumerism at its best, I think I’ll just be glad when the holidays are over.

So, before the holiday rush really starts, Shawn and I had the opportunity to see a national landmark and a Christmas tradition at the same time: the annual production of A Christmas Carol at Ford’s Theatre.
