Happy things

I’m trying to focus on the happy things this morning:

–Cable and internet are up and running at home. I can get back to knowing what people are talking about when they bring up what happened during Obama’s latest speech (because there’s always something, right?).

–My super cheap milk frother from IKEA added a little something extra to my coffee this morning – perfect for a Friday. And my breakfast consisted of a whole wheat bagel and my favorite brand of cherry yogurt, both purchased locally. (We’re not in Kyiv anymore…)

–It’s not raining yet.

–I just met my new gardener and he speaks more (understandable) English than I expected.

Now I’m going to work on getting photos together and online. And I’ve got a blog entry prepared from a few days ago to go along with them. Hopefully I’ll get all that up later today. Stay tuned…
